How Much Will A Program Cost?
Program costs are then determined according to the nature of the particular program that is developed. Depending on your needs, the yoga program structure normally includes a series of yoga classes running for eight to ten weeks. Estimate of the one-hour class cost is $12 per person per class for 10 people or more.
What Do We Need To Conduct A Program In Your Workplace?
Suitable room, large enough for the number of participants.
Each participant will need:
comfortable clothing;
a yoga mat or large towel;
ability to breathe.
